Where it started

This agribusiness player tracked its production chain in a largely manual way, with geographically scattered producers and often unstable field connectivity.

The lack of reliable traceability limited access to certain export markets, increasingly demanding on this point, and made quality audits long and tedious.

Any solution had to work in the field no matter what, including in areas with limited or intermittent internet connectivity.

What we put in place

We developed a mobile tracking app usable even offline, with automatic data sync as soon as a connection becomes available again.

A centralized dashboard now tracks every stage of the supply chain, from production to distribution, accessible to all stakeholders involved.
