Our annual seminar brought together all of J2 Partners' teams for two days devoted to reviewing the past year and collectively shaping priorities for the months ahead.
On the agenda: workshops by area of expertise (development, cloud, data, consulting) to share lessons learned from completed projects, along with cross-team sessions to strengthen collaboration between teams that rarely work together day to day.
Beyond the professional content, this seminar remains above all a moment of togetherness: team activities let everyone get to know each other outside a strictly professional setting, in a deliberately relaxed atmosphere.
These two days concluded with a presentation of the major priorities for the year ahead, shared collectively rather than imposed from the top — a way of making sure every team recognizes itself in the priorities set.
